CM Kejriwal: ED has arrested CM Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi liquor scam case. After the arrest of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the legal team of Aam Aadmi Party has filed a petition in the Supreme Court. Aam Aadmi Party has challenged the High Court's decision in the Supreme Court. Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi said that he has filed a petition in the Supreme Court to cancel the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the ED. Late in the night, he has also demanded an immediate hearing from the Supreme Court, regarding which the case will be heard in the Supreme Court on Friday.

Let us tell you that six to eight ED officials had reached CM Kesariwal's house. Before his arrest, nine summons were sent to Arvind Kejriwal. After this, the Joint Director of ED interrogated Chief Minister Kejriwal. He was arrested after two hours of interrogation.

The important thing is that the Arvind Kejriwal case is almost certain to be heard in the Supreme Court today because Friday is the last day of hearing before the Holi holidays. After today, there will be nine days of holidays from Saturday to next Sunday. Therefore, there is a possibility that this case will be heard today.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Maa has given a statement regarding action against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He described ED as the political team of BJP and said that they cannot capture the thinking of CM Kejriwal. He also said that only Aam Aadmi Party can stop BJP. He further said that no idea can ever be suppressed.

It is noteworthy that on Thursday, Delhi High Court had given a big blow to CM Kejriwal. The court said that Arvind Kejriwal cannot get relief from arrest. Because even after nine summons from ED, Kejriwal is not coming for questioning. He sought assurance from the court that he would not be arrested if he went for questioning. In response to which the court said that Kejriwal will have to appear before the ED in response to the summons. And there is no stop to his arrest.
