As soon as summer arrives, mangoes start appearing in the markets. Although many types of dishes are made from mango, it is very beneficial for health. People also prepare and eat many dishes of raw and ripe mango. But, have you ever drank mango leaves? Yes, as soon as summer comes, I start missing the taste of mango.

Raw Mango (Carri) – 4 Roasted, Cumin Powder – 2 tsp

Jaggery/Sugar – 6 tbsp, Black Salt – 3 tbsp

To make mango leaves, first take raw mangoes and wash them thoroughly.  After this, put the mangoes in a pressure cooker and keep it to boil.  When the cooker completes 4 whistles, turn off the gas and leave the cooker to cool down.  - After the pressure of the cooker releases, open the lid and take out the mangoes from the water.  When the mangoes cool down, peel them, take out the mango pulp in a vessel and separate the seeds.
