Phase 1: First of all go to the official website of UIDAI i.e. https://uidai.gov.in/en/.

step 3: Download the Aadhaar Enrollment Form and take a printout of it.

Step 5: Visit your nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Centre/Aadhaar Seva Kendra. Submit the filled application form to the concerned authorities.
