A traffic jam was organized by keeping the dead body of a property businessman, a reward was given to the accused.

Gwalior, 12 November (HS). Superintendent of Police Dharamveer Singh on Tuesday announced a reward of Rs 10,000 for the accused who shot dead a property businessman over a money transaction. The family members blocked the road by keeping the dead body, demanding the arrest of the accused. ASP Krishna Lalchandani reached the spot and assured all possible help to the family members who were blocking the road by assuring them that the accused would be caught soon.

In Gurukripa Nagar situated in Maharajpura police station area, property businessman Sunil son of Shri Krishna Gurjar, Pushpendra, his brother Devendra Bhadauria and Rahul sons Shivratan Bhadauria and Bholu Bhadauria, along with other accused, called him to their office and killed him by firing bullets. Sunil is said to have a transaction of forty lakh rupees on Pushpendra and yesterday he had gone to inquire about the same. Then the attackers shot him dead. On Tuesday, the family reached Maharajpura intersection with Sunil’s body and blocked it by placing the body on the road.

As soon as information about the traffic jam was received, Additional Superintendent of Police Krishna Lalchandani and other police forces reached the spot and consoled the angry people. The victim’s family was adamant on demanding the arrest of the accused. Rural Congress MLA Saheb Singh Gurjar also reached the spot and asked the police officers to provide justice to the victim’s family. The police calmed down the uproar by assuring that the accused would be caught soon. People had to face a lot of trouble due to the uproar and traffic jam that lasted for more than an hour. Superintendent of Police Dharamveer Singh announced a reward of Rs 10,000 on Pushpendra, Devendra, Rahul and Bhura Bhadauria. Sunil’s last rites were performed under police guard.

Accused still missing after 24 hours: Maharajpura police station in-charge Dharmendra Singh Yadav said that after killing Sunil, the accused have absconded from their homes. In search of him, teams are raiding Bhind, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and other places including Delhi. The police have not been able to get any success at present. Police guard has been deployed outside Sunil’s house. So the police are also keeping an eye on the house of the accused.
