A youth from Nawanshahr district has died in America. It is being told that while returning home from work, the youth was hit by an unknown vehicle. Due to which he died. The deceased's friends informed the family about the incident. The deceased youth has been identified as Rohit Sharma of Nawanshahr.

Giving information, deceased Rohit's father Ram Murti Sharma said that his son went to Australia in 2015, from where he went to the UK in 2016. After staying in the UK, he went to Canada in 2022. After which he went to America to his friend four months ago. Where this happened to him.
Surinder Kumar, a friend living in America, called and told that when Rohit was returning home from work, some unknown vehicle hit him and he died on the spot. He said that on hearing this news, the ground slipped under his feet. It is being told that Rohit was the only brother of four sisters.
