Every year many youths from Punjab go abroad. Their dream is that by settling there they will improve their and their family's financial condition, but many times their dreams are not fulfilled and such an incident happens with them, which their family would have never imagined. Such an incident happened with a Punjabi youth.
In fact, Avinder Singh of Gaggomahal village of Ajnala has died in an accident in Sydney city of Australia. After which there is a wave of mourning in the entire village and family members are mourning with moist eyes. In this regard, the father of the deceased Avinder Singh (31), Nirmal Singh and other family members said that Avinder got married in 2015 and in 2016 he went to Melbourne, Australia with his wife. After this, after 7 years, he returned to his home on 20 February 2024 and went back to Melbourne with his family on 28 April 2024.
He told that he came to know that Avinder Singh had gone to Sydney with the truck, where while fixing the tarpaulin of the truck, he fell down from the truck and his head hit the ground, due to which he died. He said that Avinder was his only son and he has left behind two daughters aged 6 years and 6 months and a wife. Avinder's mother Amarjit Kaur is crying badly. Amarjit Kaur said that after 7 years her son came to meet her at her home with his children and wife, where he was working in his fields and also brought a new tractor for them.
He said that Avinder said that he will return home by December after getting Australia's PR. After which he will go to Guru's house and thank him. Avinder's family requested the government to help bring their son's body to India so that they can see their only son with their own eyes for the last time.
