A passenger from Bihar died in the Kanchenjunga Express train accident, MP Rajesh Verma met the relatives of the deceased

Patna, June 17 (HS). A passenger from Bihar has also died in the train accident in West Bengal. He has been identified as Chhuttan Sah of Khagaria district. As soon as this information was received, newly elected MP of Khagaria Rajesh Verma reached out to the family of the deceased and consoled them. He also assured to provide all possible administrative support by talking to the administration. The MP has given this information on the social media platform.

It is noteworthy that the Kanchenjunga Express standing near Rangapani station in West Bengal was hit by a freight train coming from behind. In the accident, three coaches behind the passenger train derailed and eight people died.
