Bhagalpur, 03 July (HS). A helpless mother in Bhagalpur has demanded action against two people including her daughter-in-law by submitting a written application on Wednesday.
The victim who reached the City SP told that after the death of her son, her daughter-in-law Shahina Parveen had made a written agreement with me on stamp paper that the compensation money received from the company in which her son worked will be taken in the joint account being opened by me and Shahina Parveen and both will have 50% share. If money comes in Shahina Parveen's independent account, she will give half of it to me. But Shahina Praveen, along with her brother Mohd Masoom Raza and Mohd Shadab, under a conspiracy with the intention of fraud, secretly got the compensation money of about 33 lakh rupees transferred to her independent account in Bank of India. I was informed about this by the company. When I went to tell her that the money has come. Now give me half as per the agreement, she sent 4 lakhs to my account and said that 8 lakhs have come. When I talked about 33 lakhs, Shahina and her two brothers started abusing me and said that I will not get a single rupee and if I complain to the police, they will get you and your other son killed.
They are emptying the account by transferring a few rupees every day somewhere and have transferred 18 lakhs so far. There is a demand for taking appropriate legal action against Shahina Parveen and her two brothers. Along with this, there is a demand to put an immediate ban on the transfer of the said bank account.
