A man of Indian origin in Canada became a millionaire overnight, won a lottery of 1 million dollars

If this amount is converted into rupees then it amounts to more than Rs 6.13 crore. Canada-based lottery winner Sandeep Patel lives in Arnprior, Ontario and runs his own business.

Sandeep Patel is fond of playing lottery and buys lottery tickets two to three times a week. But a few days ago, while cleaning his car, he found an old purchased lottery ticket. When Sandeep Patel scanned the lottery ticket he learned he had won $1 million. Sandeep Patel bought a lottery ticket in 2023 and the draw took place on 29 July 2023.

Sandeep Patel reached Toronto with his ticket where he was given a check for $1 million. Sandeep Patel said he will use the lottery winnings to pay off his home loan and meet some of his investment goals, while he will save the remaining amount. Sandeep Patel, who always buys lottery tickets, admitted that he never thought that one day he would win the lottery, but his wife believed that day would come.
