Jaipur, 9 August (HS). A little carelessness cost the life of the container driver. The driver parked the container near the transformer and started getting down. While getting down, the door of the container touched the wires of the transformer. Due to this, the driver died due to electric shock. This incident happened in Bagru police station area on Friday morning. The police has informed the container owner and the family members of the deceased about the incident.
According to the police, on Friday morning, a driver parked his container near a transformer in Solitaire Park Industrial Area and while getting down, the container touched a wire and current passed through it. Due to this, the driver died on the spot. The deceased has been identified as Mustakim, a resident of Gokulpura, Delhi.
Police officer Haris Chand Solanki said that Mustakim had come to the industrial area with the goods. While parking the container, he touched the wire of the transformer, due to which he got a strong electric shock. People somehow removed the wire and took the driver out and took him to the hospital, where the doctors declared him dead.
