Forbesganj/Araria, June 23 (HS). A 35-year-old laborer from Naumani Tola Palasi of Ward No. 05 of Khawaspur Panchayat of Araria died after falling from an electric pole in Assam. It is being told that the deceased is Mohd Idrish Ansari, son of Shabir Ansari, resident of Palasi.
According to the information, the deceased worker Shabir Ansari had gone to Sonali in Assam's Goalpara district to work six days ago and it is being told that on Sunday afternoon he was working on an electric pole. Meanwhile, he fell down from the pole. The workers working there immediately took the injured to Civil Hospital Goalpara, where the doctors declared him dead.
After the incident, the local police have sent the body for postmortem. The family is inconsolable after hearing the news of the incident. The deceased was the second eldest among four brothers and one sister. It is being told that the family has said that the body of the deceased laborer will be brought to Araria from Assam on Monday.
