Khunti, March 1 (Hindustan Reporter) A group of 61 Ram devotees from Kherkhai village of Torpa block of the district left for Ayodhya Dham on Friday. People of Torpa showered flowers near Bajrang Bali temple located on Torpa Main Road and sent him off by bus amidst chanting of mantras.
The group of Ram devotees will go to Banaras after seeing Shri Ram Lala and Bajrang Bali at Hanuman Garhi and visiting other historical places. After having darshan of Baba Vishwanath there, the group of devotees will return to Torpa after visiting other religious places including Vindhyachal.
On this occasion, a large number of citizens including BJP leader Santosh Jaiswal, Vishwa Hindu Parishad Block President MP Singh wished the Ram devotees a happy Mangal Yatra.
