A girl with suspicious symptoms from Chandipura died during treatment in Kotra village of Godhra, the real reason will be revealed after the report

Panchmahal News: In Kotda village of Godhra taluka, a four-year-old girl died yesterday due to suspected Chandipura virus. The girl showed symptoms of Chandipura virus and was rushed to Godhra Civil Hospital and then to Vadodara Sayaji Hospital for further treatment. The girl died during treatment there.

The family was in mourning after the death of the girl in Vadodara Sayaji Hospital. From where the body of the girl was handed over to her family, the family reached Kotda village with the body of the girl. The important thing is that the district health department has come into action after the cases of Chandipuram came to light during the current monsoon season and the death of a girl from suspected Chandipuram virus in Kotda village.

A survey was conducted in the village by health department teams. The health department, which conducted the post-mortem after the girl's death, collected a serum sample and sent it to a laboratory in Pune for testing. According to the district health officer, it will be known after the report comes whether the girl died of Chandipura virus or some other reason.
