A dumper hit a bus full of devotees, 11 dead, 10 injured, devastation in Uttar Pradesh

Shahjahanpur incident: A terrible accident has happened in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. In which 11 people have died. On Saturday night, a dumper full of concrete collided with a Volvo bus parked outside a dhaba and the bus overturned. In the accident, 11 people sitting in the bus died and 10 people were injured.

All these people were going from Sitapur to Purnagiri (Uttarakhand). At 12.15 pm on Saturday night, while stopping at a dhaba for lunch and breakfast, a speeding dumper hit the bus and it overturned. By 1 am, nine bodies had been recovered from under the dumper. While two others died during treatment in the hospital.

10 injured are undergoing treatment.

According to information received from sources, 10 injured are being treated in a government hospital. The rescue work continued till 2 am. It is estimated that more than 40 devotees were travelling in the bus. There is a Mata Ka Darbar in Purnanagari, Uttarakhand. A large number of devotees visit there for darshan. On Saturday night, a group of devotees left for Sindhauli in Sitapur by a private bus.
