Jhansi, July 31 (HS). Badagaon police station arrested two accused including the plaintiff for giving false information about his brother's kidnapping and sent them to jail. Police investigation revealed that the plaintiff had fabricated a false story of his own brother's kidnapping to avoid paying back the borrowed money.
Deepak Chandel, a resident of Rajgarh in Premnagar police station area, had informed the Baragaon police station on July 20 that some people had kidnapped Suraj Chandel and Ranjit Kumar. On the basis of the complaint, the police had registered a case against Jassu Kushwaha and others. After hard work in the case, Baragaon police station in-charge Anuj Singh Gangwar and his team recovered the kidnapped Suraj Chandel and his friend Ranjit. When the police interrogated both of them in depth, it was found that the plaintiff Deepak Chandel had borrowed money from Mulayam Kushwaha. He was constantly demanding money. To escape from him, the plaintiff had planned the kidnapping of his brother Suraj Chandel and registered a case. The police presented the arrested Deepak Chandel and Suraj Chandel in the court. After this they were sent to jail.
Baragaon police station in-charge Anuj Singh Gangwar said that there was a transaction of Rs 3 lakh between the two. There was a dispute between the two over this.
To avoid money transactions, elder brother Deepak Chandel had informed about the kidnapping of his two brothers Suraj and Ranjeet.
A complaint was lodged on the basis of which a case was registered. When the police got suspicious about the complainant's conversation, his mobile was put on surveillance. It was found that the two brothers were talking continuously. On the basis of that, the case was revealed and both of them were recovered.
