Moradabad, 03 August (HS). On the complaint of regional food inspector Santosh Kumar, a case was registered on Saturday against ration dealer Irfan of Rampur Bhila in Mundhapande police station area for black marketing of ration.
The regional food inspector and the deputy tehsildar inspected the ration shop located in Rampur Bhila on July 29. During this time, the shop was found closed, although the dealer was present there. When the officials inspected the shop after it was opened, according to the e-POS machine, ration was not distributed to nine Antyodaya and 94 Grihasthi card holders. On asking for the distribution register, the ration dealer did not show the register.
Mundhapande police station in-charge RP Sharma said that on Saturday, based on the complaint of regional food inspector Santosh Kumar, a report has been filed against the accused ration dealer in the case.
