Ludhiana News: A private company bus going from Haridwar to Jammu overturned in Ludhiana late night. In this accident, 35 people including 3 children travelling in the bus were seriously injured. They have been admitted to Civil Hospital Ludhiana. One person died in the accident. The deceased has not been identified yet. Police has started investigating the case.
The accident happened near Jalandhar bypass at around 1 o'clock in the night. As soon as the bus going from Haridwar to Jammu reached near Jalandhar bypass of Ludhiana, it suddenly overturned on the highway. After which, hearing the noise, people from nearby areas reached the spot and started taking out the people trapped in the bus.
As soon as the information was received, the ambulance reached the spot and took the injured to the civil hospital. 35 people including three children have been injured in this accident. They are being treated in the civil hospital. The condition of 12 of them is said to be critical.
It is being told that a tyre got punctured near Jalandhar bypass. Due to which the bus overturned. The bus was going to Jammu. One person also died in this accident. Injured Kuldeep, admitted in the hospital, told that there were about 48 people in the bus. Out of which about 35 people have been injured. He told that the accident happened due to the puncture of the bus tyre.
The police has also started investigating the case. The people killed in the accident have not been identified yet. Their bodies have been kept in the civil hospital. After identification, the postmortem of the deceased will be conducted.
