Stray dogs attack minor: A heartbreaking incident has come to light from Saharanpur in UP, where a four-year-old child who had gone to the field with his grandfather was mauled to death by stray dogs. After the incident, there is an atmosphere of panic in the entire village. The family is inconsolable due to the loss of their child.
Local people say that complaints have been made to the district administration and municipal corporation several times to control stray dogs, but no concrete action has been taken so far. Earlier in Muzaffarnagar too, an old man was killed by a pack of dogs.
Let us tell you that this whole incident is from Islamnagar town Qazipura of Rampur Maniharan area, where Pirmal Singh had gone to work in the field with his four-year-old grandson Vishant. Pirmal started working in the field and the child started playing. After some time, four-five stray dogs came from the nearby garden and surrounded the child and attacked him, due to which the child fell down and started screaming.
Hearing the child's scream, Pirmal Singh and other neighbours ran towards the child, but by then the dogs had ripped open the child's stomach and pulled out his intestines. Seeing Vishant surrounded by the dogs, Pirmal and the neighbours somehow rescued Vishant from the dogs and took him to a doctor in Saharanpur where the doctors declared him dead. After which the family cremated the child.
