Jaunpur, 04 September (H.S.). A meeting was organized on Wednesday under the chairmanship of District President Pushpraj Singh regarding the national membership campaign of BJP. In the meeting, information was given about the process to be adopted for making new members. Along with this, everyone was also given the target of making 200 new members.
Minister of State Girish Chandra Yadav said that among the approximately 1,500 small and big parties in the country, BJP is the only party which is living the democratic values by following the constitution of the organization. Despite having a membership of 18 crore, the membership in the party has to be renewed every six years.
Addressing the meeting, State Co-Media Incharge Dharmendra Singh said that every worker has to celebrate the membership campaign as a grand festival of the organization. The party has made four types of arrangements to make people members. Members can be made online, through Namo App, QR code and by filling the form. Each booth president has been given the target of making 200 new members from his ward.
Rajya Sabha MP Seema Dwivedi said that BJP is the only organisation in which every worker gets a chance to progress. Due to the public interest and welfare work being done by the central government, today the organisation has become the largest political organisation in the world.
MLA Ramesh Chandra Mishra said that our party is not only the biggest party in the world but is also unique. No political party conducts a membership drive every six years in a democratic, trusting and truthful manner.
MLC Brijesh Singh said that we have always challenged our opponents with the slogan of Bharat Mata Ki Jai. We get this enthusiasm from a vibrant organization. Our membership campaign should be all-encompassing and inclusive. People from every place, class, caste and religion have to be included in the party.
District President Pushpraj Singh said that BJP's membership campaign has started. The first phase of the campaign will run from 2 September to 25 September and the second phase will run from 1 October to 15 October. He said that BJP is a worker based party. Our campaigns are going on continuously from Jan Sangh to BJP. People kept accusing our ideology but we kept moving forward. Along with this, BJP has issued toll free number 8800002024 and barcode for membership. Anyone can become a member of BJP by giving a missed call on this number.
