Monica Singh brought glory to the district by winning the State Teacher Award | News India

Fatehpur, 04 September (HS). Governor Anandiben Patel has honoured Monica Singh, a teacher of Junior School located in Malwan block and town of the district, with the State Teacher Award for her special contribution in the field of education. Teacher Monica Singh, overjoyed with the award, praised the state government and thanked Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Her success has brought glory to the district.

Under this award, she will be given 25 thousand rupees by the state government. There will be an increment in her service. Along with this, there will be an increase of two years of service and she will also get the benefit of free travel in the state government buses. Monika Singh is providing her services as a science teacher in the junior school of Malwan town. She lives in Malwan town itself.

He told that he was appointed as a teacher under Vishisht BTC in 2005 and the first promotion happened in 2011. At present there are 222 students in the junior school. Whereas to be nominated for the award, at least 105 students must be enrolled in the school. He told that last year in 2023, 01 student was selected in Atal Residential School. At the same time, 03 students were successful in the National Merit Based Examination.
