For the safety of women, the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development has launched the SHe-Box portal to prevent cases of sexual harassment at the workplace and strengthen the safety of women across the country. Through this portal, women will be able to complain online about unpleasant incidents happening to them. The government's objective of launching this portal is to report and take immediate action on complaints of sexual harassment in government and private sectors. Follow the simple steps given below to lodge a She-Box complaint.
Step 1: First of all login to https://shebox.nic.in/user/user_login on your phone or computer.
Step 2: Now on the home page you will see an option named Register Your Complaint in red color. Tap on it, you will reach the complaint register page. On the complaint registration page tap on Register Complaint to start the process.
step 3: Here you will get two options, Central Government Office and State Government Office. You have to click on Central Government Office.
step 4: Now you will get the option to fill personal details. In which you have to fill information like name, contact details, employment status, incident details and evidence.
Step 5: Once all this information is filled, you will get the option of Review and Submit, tap on it. As soon as you click on submit, your complaint will be registered.
