Seema Haider's first husband from Pakistan sent a notice of Rs 3 crore to her and her partner Sachin – News India Live

Seema Haider's ex-husband Ghulam Haider has sent a notice of Rs 3 crore each to Seema and her husband Sachin Meena. Ghulam Haider, who reportedly hired an Indian lawyer to bring back his children, also sent a notice of Rs 5 crore to Dr AP Singh, claiming to be Seema Haider's brother.

Ghulam Haider's lawyer Ali Momin has asked the Meena couple to apologize and deposit the fine within a month, otherwise he will take legal action against them.

Earlier, news agency PTI has had confirmed that Ansar Burney, a top Pakistani lawyer and human rights activist, was approached by Ghulam Haider for help in getting the custody of his four children.

Burney also told the news agency that Momin has been hired after due process and power of attorney has been sent to initiate legal proceedings in India.

Pakistani national Seema Haider gained national attention for her controversial love story as she crossed the border and entered India after falling in love with her Indian boyfriend, whom she met on an online game.

However, Haider remained in the headlines as she faced spying allegations and investigation by security agencies over her new attempts to stay in India.

Seema Haider, 30, from Pakistan's Sindh province, came to India illegally in May to live with her partner Sachin Meena in Greater Noida.

Seema, mother of four children, was married to Ghulam Haider, who currently lives in Saudi Arabia. She left her home country and crossed the border illegally into India on May 13 in a bus via Nepal with her four children under the age of seven.

However, he was arrested on July 4 for illegally entering India without a visa via Nepal, while Sachin was put behind bars for harboring illegal immigrants.

How did Seema Haider come to India?

Seema's love story with her partner Sachin Meena began in 2019 in a private chatroom while playing the online game PUBG. They became friends through PUBG and then started talking on WhatsApp and later they decided to get married.

According to reports, the couple decided to take their relationship to the next level and got married at the Pashupatinath Temple in Nepal in March this year. The couple met in person for the first time in March this year in Kathmandu, where they stayed together in a hotel in the Nepalese capital from March 10 to 17.

Seema returned to Nepal from Pakistan via Karachi-Dubai route on May 10 on a 15-day tourist visa. In Nepal, she reached Pokhara from Kathmandu and stayed the night. After this, Seema took a bus from Pokhara on the morning of 12 May and entered India from Rupandehi-Khunwa (Khunwa) border district Siddharthnagar.

She reached Greater Noida via Lucknow and Agra with her four children and was living with her boyfriend since then.
