Ranchi, 02 September (HS). Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha and SSP Chandan Kumar Sinha held a meeting with officials on Monday at the training ground Khojatoli in Namkum regarding the divisional level Chief Minister Mainiya Samman Yojana program to be held on September 4. Both the officials gave many necessary guidelines to all the concerned officers and officials.
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed all the preparations going on at the venue and directed the concerned officials to ensure timely completion of preparations. He took information about the arrangements for the stage, VIP lounge, movement of beneficiaries, their seating, food and drink, toilets, parking, branding etc. and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials. He said that preparations should be made keeping in mind the rain so that no hindrance is created during the program.
To ensure that no problems arise in the conduct of the programme and to maintain law and order, forces and magistrates have been deployed on a large scale.
The Deputy Commissioner directed that a large number of beneficiaries will come from five districts to attend the event, the parking space of the buses by which they will reach the event venue should be fully ensured so that the traffic system remains smooth. The concerned officials should ensure that the beneficiaries are dropped at the designated place only.
On the occasion, the SSP said that a large number of beneficiaries would be participating in the program; in such a situation, adequate arrangements for handling the crowd should be ensured beforehand so that no untoward incident takes place. Nearly three lakh beneficiaries from the five districts of South Chotanagpur Division, Ranchi, Simdega, Gumla, Khunti and Lohardaga, would be participating in the program. The route chart has been determined for the vehicles bringing the beneficiaries from various districts. Which will reach the program venue via the Ring Road via Kharsidag Kutiyatu turn. Also, VVIPs will reach the program venue via Sadabahar Chowk Namkum.
The Deputy Commissioner inspected the selected parking spots and observed all the arrangements so that the beneficiaries do not face any problem in commuting. During this, he gave many necessary instructions.
