Punjab-Haryana's Shambhu border will not open yet. A hearing was held in the Supreme Court on this matter on Monday. In which a high power committee has been formed by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court said that we are forming a committee, but are not deciding any issue. This right is being given to the committee. Officials from Punjab and Haryana are also included in this committee. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court also warned that this matter should not be politicized. The issues are very sensitive, so a balanced approach should be adopted.

Shambhu Border Blockade

Let us tell you that in the last two hearings, the Supreme Court had asked to open Shambhu border partially i.e. one lane. Meetings of farmers with Punjab and Haryana officials were also held in this matter, but they were inconclusive. Haryana Police said that farmers should go to Delhi, but should not go with tractors. Farmers remained firm with tractors.

Let us tell you that while hearing on August 12, the Supreme Court had ordered the partial opening of the Shambhu border. The court had made a strict remark and said that the highway is not a place for parking. So that within a week one lane of the highway should be opened for ambulances, senior citizens, women, students etc.
