New Delhi: Sheikh Hasina resigned from Bangladesh and took refuge in New Delhi. After the Muhammad Yunus government took power and even before that, the power of fundamentalists has increased a lot in the chaos prevailing in the whole country and the situation of Hindus, Buddhists, Christians and Parsis is becoming very difficult, among these the situation of Hindus is becoming very difficult. It has become very bad.

The most regrettable thing is that the students themselves are forcing the teachers to resign. Hindu teachers, women teachers and professors are the biggest targets.

Journalists covering these incidents are also being killed. Hindu ministers are no more but former Hindu ministers are being killed, some have been jailed and tortured.

Minorities, especially Hindu minorities, are targeted in Bangladesh.

Dozens of Hindu teachers have resigned. The present paper titled 'Prathamo-Avo' cites an incident at Bakerganj Government College (Barishal) on August 29 where the principal of the college, Shukla Rani Haldar, was surrounded by students and harassed to such an extent that she finally left the college after writing 'I resign' on a blank paper and signing it.

On August 18, radical students forced Principal Gitanjali Barua and Assistant Principal Gautam Chandra Paul to resign at Azimpur Government Girls School and College. These radical students spared neither Ahmadiya Muslims nor Shia Muslims. Physical education teacher Shahnaza Akhtar was also forced to resign by radical students.
