New Delhi: After former Congress leader Sajjan Kumar being found guilty in a case of 1984 Sikh massacre, now the troubles of Congress leader Jagdish Tytler are going to increase in another case.
While ordering framing of charges against Jagdish Tytler in the case related to the murder of three Sikhs at Gurdwara Pul Bangash, the Rose Avenue Court said that prima facie Tytler had not only unlawfully assembled the people but also had an intention to harm the Sikhs and incited the mob to loot their property.
On the complaint of Lakhwinder Kaur, wife of deceased Badal Singh, Special Judge Rakesh Syal said that Tytler had incited the rioters to use criminal force or violence against Sikhs. Tytler was part of the mob that gathered near the gurdwara and set fire to Gurdwara Pul Bangash.
