Special trains: From today, two special trains are being run for Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra and Haridwar for the passengers of Punjab and Haryana. Both will start from today. According to the information, this decision has been taken in view of Somvati Masya. Special train numbers 04676 and 04675 are being run. Which will start from Punjab, Haryana and reach Haridwar via Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, Jammu. This train will run on 1 and 2 September and will go back from Haridwar to Vaishno Devi.
According to the information received, this train (04676) will depart from Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 6.10 am on 1 and 2 September. Apart from this, it will reach Haridwar at 6.30 am the next day from Jammu Tawi, Kathua, Pathankot, Jalandhar Cantt, Ludhiana, Sirhind, Rajpura, Ambala Cantt, Yamunanagar, Jagadhri, Saharanpur, Roorkee. This journey will last for about 12 and a half hours in total. It will have one AC coach, 8 general, 2 SLR and 6 bogies of three tier AC.
According to the information, the train leaving from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra on 1 September i.e. today, will return at around 9 pm. This train will leave from Haridwar at 9 pm and will reach Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 11.30 am. This train will benefit the people of Jammu and Kashmir as well as the passengers of Punjab and Haryana.
