Ingredients for making millet flour muthia

  • 2 cups millet flour
  • 1 cup milk, sweetened
  • 1 cup chopped fenugreek seeds
  • 1 cup chopped eggplant
  • some chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • chilli powder
  • Coriander
  • Asafoetida
  • mole
  • garlic paste
  • Whole cumin seeds
  • Fennel
  • baking soda
  • Sugar
  • Oil
  • Lemon juice

How to make Bajra Flour Dhokla or Muthia

  • Add 1 cup milk, khamaneli, 1 cup chopped fenugreek, green chillies and mix. – Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, whole coriander, asafoetida, sesame seeds, garlic paste, whole cumin, fennel, baking soda, sugar, oil, lemon juice, 1 cup chopped onion, some chopped coriander and mix well. – Add water as required and knead the dough.
  • – Now place the dhokla on the gas and apply oil on the dhokla plate. – Then make dhokla-sized balls of this dough and boil them.
  • After cooking, cut it with the help of a chopper. – Take oil in a pan for frying, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, red chilli, sweet neem leaves. – Then add chopped dhokla and mix it.
