Araria 31 August (HS). Administrative and police officials took out a flag march on Saturday to maintain law and order in the Mahaveeri flag procession to be taken out on the anniversary of the establishment of Ramayana Parishad from Shri Sanwalia Kunj Thakurbari located at Rajendra Chowk in Forbesganj.
The flag march which started from Forbesganj Police Station was led by SDM IAS Shailaja Pandey and SDPO Mukesh Kumar Saha. The Sub-Divisional Election Officer Avinash Krishna, DCLR Ankita Kumari, Municipal Council Executive Officer Suryanand Singh, Police Station Head Raghavendra Kumar Singh, BDO, CO and other administrative and police officers were present in the flag march.
Apart from the Forbesganj police station, officers and force from Narpatganj, Simraha, Bathnaha, Jogbani police stations also participated in the flag march. From Forbesganj police station, the march was taken around various routes of the city including Sadar Road, Patel Chowk, Kali Mandir Road, Darbhangaiya Tola, Shiv Temple, Sanwaliya Kunj Thakurbari.
Giving information on the spot, SDM Shailaja Pandey and SDPO Mukesh Kumar Saha claimed that the administration has made complete preparations for law and order in the Mahaveeri flag procession to be held tomorrow on Sunday. The subdivisional administration claimed to have deputed magistrates at various places along with a large number of police officers and forces. The officials said that special attention is being paid to social media. For law and order, the entire procession will be monitored with drone cameras along with videography.
