Bikaner, 31 August (HS). Bikaner district police has taken a big action and arrested history sheeter and hardcore criminal Kamal Delu under Rajpasa Act. Police has sent the accused to jail.
According to Superintendent of Police Tejaswini Gautam, Kamal Delu has a total of 15 serious cases registered against him in Jodhpur, Bikaner, Sikar, Barmer like robbery, dacoity, attempt to murder, Arms Act and ransom. Kamal Delu is also a history-sheeter of Bikaner Police and is identified as a hardcore criminal of Bikaner district. According to the police, he was wanted in the case of supplying AK-47 weapons in the Raju Tehat case earlier also, on whom the Police Headquarters had declared a reward of one lakh rupees, and he was arrested by Bikaner Police from Nasik (Maharashtra).
Kamal Delu son Jagdish Bishnoi (age 23 years) resident of Chungi Chowki near Bhootnath Temple who is the main member of Rawataram Swami Gang. He is also a history sheeter of Police Station Nayashahar and a hardcore criminal of the district, against whom serious cases of robbery, dacoity, attempt to murder, ransom and illegal weapons are registered in different police stations. Against him, Superintendent of Police Bikaner presented an application before District Magistrate Bikaner under Rajasthan Anti-Social Activities Prevention Act, 2006, by which orders have been issued to detain criminal Kamal Delu under section (3) RAJPASA Act, in compliance of which he has been arrested and sent to Central Jail.
