Delhi: National District Judiciary Council organized, PM Modi will inaugurate | News India

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the two-day National Conference of District Judiciary on Saturday. The conference is being organized by the Supreme Court at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi. On this occasion, PM Modi will release postage stamps and coins to commemorate the completion of 75 years of the establishment of the Supreme Court.

A national conference is being organized under the chairmanship of Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud. 6 sessions will be held in 2 days, in which various issues related to the district judiciary will be discussed. At the same time, President Draupadi Murmu will address the conference at the conclusion of the conference on September 1. On this occasion, President Murma will also unveil the flag and emblem of the Supreme Court.

These people will be present in the inauguration program

Union Law Minister (Independent Charge) Arjun Ram Meghwal will also attend the inauguration of the National Conference on District Judiciary of the Supreme Court. Apart from this, Supreme Court judges, Attorney General R Venkataramani, Supreme Court Bar Association President Kapil Sibal and Chief of Bar Council of India will also attend the inaugural program.

The conference will be attended by over 800 participants from the district judiciary of all states and union territories. Over the course of two days, issues such as infrastructure and human resources, inclusive courts, judicial security and welfare, case management and training related to the district judiciary will be discussed.

These topics will be discussed in the two-day national conference

Ways to enhance the infrastructure and human resources of the judiciary will be explored on the first day of the conference. Several welfare initiatives, including judicial security and security concerns of judges, will also be discussed. The second day's session will discuss case handling and strategies to reduce pending cases. For this, a session on case management will be organized. Also, judicial training courses for judges will also be discussed on the last day.
