Material
Urad dal,
Chole Dal
moong dal,
Green chilly,
Ginger,
freshly ground black pepper,
Oil,
Water,
Curd,
Roasted cumin,
chilli powder,
sweet and sour tamarind chutney,
Green chutney,
Salt,
Coriander,
Coriander powder.
step 1
First of all, soak all these pulses in a pan overnight. Then drain the water in the morning and grind them.
Step-2
Now add chopped green chillies, ginger, baking soda and salt to it.
Step-3
Now heat oil in a pan and then make round shapes of the paste and fry them in oil.
Step-4
Now put the fried vadas in a vessel containing hot water and when the vadas become soft, press them with your hand to remove the water.
Step-5
Now put curd, cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, and plain salt in a vessel and mix.
Step 6 –
Now take out the vada in a plate and serve it by adding curd, green coriander, cumin powder and red chili powder on it.
