Jhajjar, August 30 (HS). Famous Supreme Court lawyer Dr. A.P. Singh and founder of Rajniti Ki Pathshala Ajay Pandey have demanded the government to form a men's commission.

On Friday, a press conference was organized by Vikram Chhillar Advocate Legal Cell, State President of Rajniti Ki Pathshala, in a hotel in Bahadurgarh, to demand the interests of lawyers. Senior Supreme Court lawyer Dr. A.P. Singh and special guest Ajay Pandey, founder of Rajniti Ki Pathshala, attended the program as the chief guest. While talking to journalists, A.P. Singh demanded the formation of a National Men's Commission, a Men's Commission and a Men's Ministry in the state of Haryana. He said that men are implicated a lot in false cases like domestic violence, dowry, sexual harassment, rape, etc. Therefore, such laws should be made so that men can also get justice. It has become very necessary to form a Men's Commission and a Men's Ministry to deal with one-sidedness. Ajay Pandey said that through Rajniti Ki Pathshala, he keeps raising issues of public interest and lawyers from time to time. A large number of retired judges, many judges, senior advocates and people from various departments are working together on this.

State President Advocate Vikram Chhillar demanded a separate capital and a separate High Court for Haryana. He said that under the Advocates Act, it is necessary to have a separate High Court in Haryana for the formation of a separate Bar Council. According to the records, more than 14 lakh cases of Haryana are pending before the Sessions Court and subordinate courts in various districts of Haryana. While lakhs of cases are pending before the High Court. Chhillar said that Bahadurgarh should be made a district. While making demands for the lawyers of Bahadurgarh Bar Association, he said that keeping in mind the interests of the lawyers, the Haryana Government should provide health insurance to the lawyers of Bahadurgarh Bar, free treatment in case of accident during work, compensation up to Rs 50 lakh to the family on death, employment in the family and financial assistance for the education of the children of poor lawyers and marriage of daughters. He also demanded the facility of post office, government bank/ATM in Bahadurgarh Bar. Demanded to make all roads toll free for lawyers. On this occasion, senior advocate Ashok Ahlawat, Sumit Deshwal, Anil Kumar, Amit Kumar, Ajit Kumar, Shailendra Yadav, Shivam Bhardwaj, Satendra Singh, Akshay Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar etc were present.
