NIA raids in Bathinda, team reaches house of female leader of BKU revolutionaries, farmers block road in protest | News India

Bathinda News: In Bathinda, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) today raided the house of Sukhwinder Kaur Khadi, a woman leader of Bharatiya Kisan Union Krantikari, located in Sarabha Nagar of village Rampura Phul. During this, a large number of policemen were also deployed. However, the reason for the raid is not yet known. Along with this, Rampura Phul Kisan Union Krantikari has staged a sit-in there. The union has announced that no one will be allowed to go out until the reason for the raid is known.

BKU Revolutionary Union is also involved in the farmers' struggle going on for the last 6 months at Shambhu border for the legal guarantee of MSP. Along with this, union leaders and supporters are also continuously joining the protest. The union had initially set up its own mobile office. Apart from this, many youth are also associated with their organization.
