Ranchi, August 29 (HS). The state BJP has expressed deep condolences on the sudden demise of former Doranda Mandal president Ajay Giri.
Giri's body reached the BJP office on Thursday, where state president Babulal Marandi paid tribute to him by offering the BJP flag.
Marandi prayed to God for the peace of the soul of late Giri and prayed for patience and courage of the family members in this hour of grief. Paying tribute to late Giri, regional organization general secretary Nagendra Tripathi, state organization general secretary Karmveer Singh said that the party has lost a dedicated worker.
Those who paid homage included State General Secretary and Member of Parliament Aditya Sahu, Dr Pradeep Verma, Manoj Singh, Saroj Singh, Subodh Singh Guddu, Hemant Das, Shiv Pujan Pathak, Rahul Awasthi, Yogendra Pratap Singh, etc.
