Ingredients for making Rice Pakoras
- steamed rice
- Gram flour
- Turmeric
- Sugar
- Ginger Chilli Paste
- Boiled carrots, chickpeas and potatoes (you can use vegetables of your choice)
- Salt
- Oil
How to make Rice Fritters
- – Take gram flour in a large pan. Then add rice and other boiled vegetables.
- – Now make a solution by adding turmeric, ginger-chilli paste, salt, jaggery and water as required.
- You can also add chopped onion to this batter.
- – Now heat oil and fry the pakoras.
- When it becomes golden brown, take it out.
- Your rice pakoras or rice fritters are ready.
