Bhajiya Recipe : Bhajiya is made in every household during the monsoon season. But today we will make Bhajiya made in Kathiyawadi style in Wadi program. These pakoras are prepared very easily. These pakoras will be delicious from outside and absolutely chewy from inside.
Ingredients for Pakoras
chickpea flour
Coriander
Chopped onion
Green chilly
Coriander
Fenugreek
Turmeric
Salt
Asafoetida
Oil
Take two bowls of gram flour in a big pan. Then add water to it and make a batter. Keep the batter medium.
– Then fry it for 4 minutes. – Then add some turmeric, red chili powder, salt, asafoetida, parsley, chopped onion, chopped green chili, fenugreek, green coriander and mix. – Then add three teaspoons of oil to it.
– Now heat oil and fry the pakoras in it. When it becomes golden brown, take it out. Delicious bhajiya like your vadi program is ready.
