Jaipur, 28 August (HS). A private school bus carrying 25 children overturned in a four feet deep rain drain in Chandoli village located in Pragpura police station area of Kotputli-Baharod district on Wednesday morning. After this accident, the children started screaming. Hearing the screams of the children, the people nearby came running to rescue them. People boarded the bus and started taking the children out. All the children were rescued within an hour. Thankfully, no one died.
ASI Surendra Singh said that on Wednesday morning, a bus of Narayan School full of school children from Chandoli village located in the police station area was going to Tuscola (Kotputli) in a four feet deep rain drain. During this, the bus slipped from the water slide in the four feet deep rain drain and overturned. On receiving the information of the bus overturning, the police force reached the spot, by then the people nearby had safely taken the children out and sent them home. The bus was pulled out with the help of a JCB.
