Jhansi, 28 August (HS). After Bundelkhand University Jhansi received A++ from NAAC, the Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Mukesh Pandey met the Governor of Uttar Pradesh and Chancellor of the University Anandiben Patel. He also met the Higher Education Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogendra Upadhyay.
During the meeting with the Governor, the Governor congratulated the Vice Chancellor and the University school family on the University getting A+ Plus, getting grant in PM Usha Meru and getting rank in NIRF and directed to take the University to QS World Ranking in future as well. He also gave directions for organizing the upcoming convocation in a grand manner and also discussed about the future action plan as the University enters its Golden Jubilee year in which emphasis was laid on organizing many international, national seminars, symposia and workshops. The Vice Chancellor also presented a memento to the Chancellor.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Pandey apprised the Chancellor about the achievements of Bundelkhand University, preparations made for smooth running of the new session, along with information about starting 60 new skill-based vocational courses from the new session, he also presented the magazines published by the University for the Governor's perusal.
After meeting the Governor, the Vice Chancellor met the Higher Education Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogendra Upadhyay and gave him a memento on the occasion of A Plus Plus and various important information about the university and also received various instructions for the upcoming session.
