Champai Soren: Former Jharkhand Chief Minister and veteran leader Champai Soren will officially join the BJP on August 30. Before joining the BJP, he posted on the social media platform X and accused Hemant Soren and the top leadership of his party of endangering the existence of tribals.

what did Champai Soren say Said?

Expressing faith in the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah, Champai Soren said, 'There was no forum/stage in the party where I could express my pain. Leaders senior to me stay away from politics due to health reasons, so I have decided to join the BJP to save the tribal identity and existence. I kept meeting the people of Jharkhand and tried to know their opinion. Meanwhile, the people of Kolhan region stood with me in every situation and the same people rejected my option of taking retirement.'

Bangladeshi infiltration is a major problem in the parish

Champai Soren said, 'Today Bangladeshi encroachment has become a big problem in Santhal Pargana, the sacred land of Baba Tilka Manjhi and Sido-Kanhu. What can be more unfortunate than the fact that these intruders are occupying the lands of the descendants of those heroes who never accepted slavery of the foreign British in the fight for water, forest and land. Because of these people, the identity of our mothers, sisters and daughters who consider brave women like Phule-Jano as their ideal is in danger.'

If infiltration is not stopped then the existence of tribals is in danger

The former CM of Jharkhand said, 'If these intruders who are causing economic and social harm to the tribals and natives are not stopped, then the existence of our society in Santhal Pargana will be in danger. In many other areas including Pakur, Rajmahal, their number has become more than that of tribals. We have to remove this issue from politics and make it a social movement, only then will the tribals be able to survive. Only BJP seems serious on this issue and the rest of the parties are ignoring it just for the sake of votes, so I am joining BJP to save the identity and existence of the tribals.'
