JDA will carry out development work worth Rs 184 crore in Pink City | News India

Jaipur, 27 August (HS). The PWC meeting was held in the Manthan Auditorium of JDA on Tuesday under the chairmanship of JDC Manju Rajpal. Rs 184 crore was approved in the meeting, which will speed up the development of Jaipur city. JDC instructed the engineers to plan drainage along with road construction. So that the roads will not get damaged during rain. In the meeting, revised administrative and financial approval of Rs 11.98 crore was given for the construction of BT roads and missing link roads in Zone-8. Administrative and financial approval of Rs 8.84 crore was given for road construction and widening from Mansarovar Metro Station, New Sanganer Road to RICO ROB in Zone-PRN South. Administrative and financial approval of Rs 4.03 crore was given for shifting overhead electrical lines and street lights on 100 feet sector road Hirapath from New Sanganeer Road to Vande Mataram Road in PNR South. Administrative and financial approval of Rs 6.10 was given for construction of box culvert on Dravyavati river at Maharani Farm.

Administrative and financial approval of Rs 50 crore for the development of drainage network in ward number 4 and 5 of Vidyadhar Nagar assembly constituency in zone-13 area, Rs 9.90 crore for the construction work of 200 feet road airport road from Tonk Road to Budhsinghpura (missing link) in zone-9 area and Rs 5.20 crore for city forest development in Jaisinghpura Bas and Zerota Sanganer was given.

Administrative and financial approval of Rs 28.77 crore was given for road improvement and strengthening work from Sikar Road (Road No. 14 NH Bypass to Chomu culvert). Rs 3.20 crore will be spent for annual repair and maintenance, monitoring of street lights and high masts in the area outside the municipal corporation jurisdiction.

Administrative and financial approval of Rs 2.97 crore was given for JDA scheme road renewal and repair in Sumel in zone-10, Rs 48.31 crore for box drain from C-zone bypass to Mundiya Ramsar Talai on Sirsi Road and Rs 4.79 crore for construction work in Govindpura Ropada Heritage City in zone-10.
