Ayodhya Ramlala Temple: Janmashtami will be celebrated for the first time tomorrow in the divine and grand temple of Lord Ramlala located in Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Ram. For this, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust has started full preparations. The chief priest of Ramlala temple said, 'The birth of Lord Krishna will be celebrated in the temple built on Ramlala, the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram, on Tuesday i.e. 27 August at 12 midnight.'
Preparations are going on in full swing
The head priest said, 'Janmashtami is being celebrated for the first time in Ramlala's court, Ramlala will wear pink clothes on this grand day of celebration. Preparations for this program are being done by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust.
Anil Mishra, President of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, said, 'This time preparations have been made to celebrate Shri Krishna Janmashtami in the court of Ramlala, in which Ramlala will be anointed with 50 kg of Panchamrit and then 150 kg of Panjiri will be offered. There will also be Annakut with flowers to Ramlalan, which will have various dishes, fruits. Apart from this, the temple will be decorated grandly.'
Cultural programs are also organized
The chairman of the trust further said, 'Cultural programs will also be organized during the Janmashtami celebrations. Krishna devotion is also prevalent in Ramnagari Ayodhya. There are many ancient Krishna temples here which are witness to the inseparability of Shri Ram and Krishna. Janmashtami will be celebrated in all these temples. The festival will be celebrated for two days throughout Ayodhya.'
Devotees belonging to the householder tradition will celebrate Janmashtami festival on August 26 and Udaya Tithi on August 27 in temples. Preparations for Janmashtami have been completed in Gokul Bhawan, Brijmohan Kunj, Radhabriraj Temple, Radha Madhav Temple of Rajasthan, Gurudham ISKCON Temple of Ayodhya. Rituals will begin in these temples from Sunday.
