Garg said that the BJP has been targeting Punjab since the time of the farmers' movement. Whoever raises his voice against the Modi government, the central government tries to defame or harass him. The same is being done with Punjab. The AAP leader appealed to the central leadership of the BJP to curb Kangana's controversial statements. He said that this is sending a wrong message not only to Punjabis but to the entire country.
