According to the information compiled by the state level control room set up by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the state government, an average rainfall of 866.0 mm has been recorded in the state since June 1, 2024. According to the rainfall recorded in various districts of the state from June 01, 2024 till today morning 24 August, the highest average rainfall of 1788.1 mm has been recorded in Bijapur district and the lowest average rainfall of 480.5 mm has been recorded in Surguja district.

According to the information received from the state level flood control room, from June 1 till now, an average rainfall of 881.0 mm was recorded in Surajpur district, 1236.3 mm in Balrampur, 705.8 mm in Jashpur, 895.5 mm in Korea, 879.8 mm in Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur.

Similarly, average rainfall of 736.5 mm was recorded in Raipur district, 916.2 mm in Baloda Bazar, 831.7 mm in Gariaband, 663.4 mm in Mahasamund, 776.0 mm in Dhamtari, 802.2 mm in Bilaspur, 896.1 mm in Mungeli, 813.3 mm in Raigarh, 506.7 mm in Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, 943.6 mm in Janjgir-Champa, 801.5 mm in Sakti, 1152.4 mm in Korba, 874.9 mm in Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, 531.3 mm in Durg. From June 1 till now, an average rainfall of 684.2 mm has been recorded in Kabirdham district, 856.8 mm in Rajnandgaon, 961.3 mm in Mohla-Manpur-Ambagadhchowki, 611.2 mm in Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai, 895.3 mm in Balod, 478.3 mm in Bemetara, 904.8 mm in Bastar, 834.0 mm in Kondagaon, 1056.9 mm in Kanker, 976.2 mm in Narayanpur, 1063.8 mm in Dantewada and 1142.5 mm in Sukma district.
