Saharsa, 23 August (HS). National Space Day was celebrated at Sarv Narayan Singh Ram Kumar Singh College on Friday. The program was presided over by the Principal of the college, Prof Dr Ashok Kumar Singh.
In the program, Dr Narendra Prasad Yadav of the Hindi Department said that the concept of heaven in our subconscious mind is somewhere in space. Dr Kumari Seema said that today's girls want to become Kalpana Chawla. Dr Komal said that on this day in 2023, Chandrayaan 3 landed on the moon. National Space Day is being celebrated today on that occasion. Dr Kapil Dev Paswan made everyone aware of the finer aspects of space science.
Dr Dharmavrat Chaudhary spoke about the historical journey of space science since independence. Dr Sudhir Kumar Sinha spoke about India's achievements in the field of space. Prof Dr Ashok spoke about India's dominance in the field of space. Dr Tajuddin and Dr Subhash Kumar also addressed the program.
In the end, the Principal Prof Dr Ashok Kumar Singh, who was presiding over the program, underlined India's presence in space in detail, emphasizing the finer aspects of space science, its historicity and its necessity. Prof Vijay Kumar Singh, Dr Anant Kumar Singh, Prof Dilip Kumar Singh, Prof Awadhesh Kumar Mishra, Dr Ramnaresh Paswan, Dr Sunita Kumari were present on this occasion.
