EPFO will launch new IT system for faster process: There is big news from the Employees Provident Fund Organization. Now people will not have to face any problem or obstacle in claim settlement. Because, a new IT system has been prepared by the Union Ministry of Labor and Employment. Union Labor Minister Manushukh Mandaviya said that the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) will be transferred to the new IT system in the next three months. Then things like claimant and balance check will become easier.
New IT System 2.01 to be launched for EPFO
Preparations are underway to launch a new IT system 2.01 for EPFO. After the new system is implemented, no member will have to transfer the member ID on changing jobs. Also, there will be no need to open a new account. The website will be easier and more accessible than before. From checking balance to claim settlement and other PF related work can be done easily and quickly through the EPFO portal.

Users are facing many problems on the EPFO portal. In July last year, some officials of the retirement fund organization wrote a letter to the central government complaining about the old and faulty software system. Due to which the subscribers were facing problems. The biggest hurdle is logging in to the portal. Due to the slow speed of the server, there is difficulty in applying for claims and other updates.
Is there going to be an update?
In the updated system, the claim settlement facility will be on auto processing mode. All pensioners will get their pension on the fixed date. The facility of checking the balance will become easier than before. There is no need to transfer MID on changing the job. Any problem of account transfer will also end. At the same time, PF account holders will have only one account.
