The Reserve Bank of India has announced the launch of the RBI 90 Quiz for college students at the undergraduate level. This is a national competition which is being organized to mark the completion of 90 years of RBI. The quiz will ask questions related to general knowledge and will have a multi-level competition which will start online and then be tested again at the local and state level. Then there will be a national level final. The final will be held with the winners of each state.
RBI Governor launched this quiz
While launching the RBI90Quiz online platform on August 20, RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das expressed confidence that the quiz will help create greater awareness about the Reserve Bank and the financial ecosystem among students. He also said that the banking regulator through its campaigns has been encouraging the youth to develop responsible financial practices and inculcate habits of safe use of digital products.
Chance to win up to 10 lakhs
The first prize is Rs 10 lakh, second prize is Rs 8 lakh and third prize is Rs 6 lakh. Zonal first prize is Rs 5 lakh, followed by second prize of Rs 4 lakh and third prize of Rs 3 lakh. While in state level quiz, first prize is Rs 2 lakh, followed by second prize of Rs 1.5 lakh and third prize of Rs 1 lakh.
Can anyone take the quiz?
RBI90Quiz is for undergraduate students who are not more than 25 years of age on September 1, 2024, i.e. those born in 1999 or later. They can participate in it. And who is pursuing a bachelor's degree in any stream of study through a college located in India. It is worth noting that there is no fee to participate in it.
The registration will start from August 20 and end on September 17. Note here. The date of the quiz has not been announced yet. Let us tell you that this quiz may also contain some questions related to current affairs, history, literature, sports, economy and general knowledge.
