Bemetara, 3 March (Hindustan Reporter). Collector Ranbir Sharma arrived on Sunday to inspect the National Pulse Polio Campaign. During this, he administered medicine to children aged between 0 to 5 years at MCH Building Polio Booth, District Hospital, Bemetara. Took information regarding polio drop campaign. He said that no child should be left out of polio dose. During the three-day pulse polio vaccination campaign running from Sunday, March 3 to March 5 in the district, polio doses will be administered to children aged 0 to 5 years. In which targets have been set in urban areas and rural areas.
In the district, 95862 children aged zero to 5 years will be given polio doses. To make the program successful, 793 polio booths have been established in the entire district, in which 2880 vaccinators will immunize children of the target age group by administering polio vaccine. Establishment of polio booth under District Headquarters, District Bemetara New Bus Stand, in front of City Kotwali Police Station, Bemetara, where polio medicines can be administered to the children of commuters. Along with this, polio booths have been established in all the wards of the urban area.
