After which the MLA's wife has filed a case against Canada resident Nachhatar Singh resident of village Ghuman district Ludhiana on charges of molestation.
The police of Thana Parashar has started legal action by registering a case against NRI Nachhatar Singh under Section 75 of the new Indian Judiciary Act. The investigation of the case has been handed over to Thanedaar Kuldeep Singh. According to investigating officer Kuldeep Singh, action is being initiated to bring Nachhatar Singh, who lives in Michigan, Canada, back to India.
Gurpreet Kaur, a resident of village Saholi, told the police in her complaint that she lives in Nachhatar Singh's house in Ghuman Chak and takes care of him. She claimed that Nachhatar Singh had entrusted her with the responsibility of taking care of him but later he started casting an evil eye on her.

Gurpreet Kaur alleged that she had told everything about this to Nachhatar Singh's son Sandeep Singh. According to Gurpreet Kaur, on May 13, at around 5 pm, Nachhatar Singh came to the house and pressured her to have physical relations.

Gurpreet Kaur According to him, Nachhatar Singh has a case going on in the court with his nephew regarding this house, he has also claimed to have the power of attorney given by Nachhatar Singh to take this case forward.
