  • – Now add half a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste in it. – Fry it lightly and then add salt, 1 teaspoon coriander, turmeric and red chilli in it. Add red chilli according to your taste.
  • Fry this spice well. If your spice burns, you can add a spoonful of water to it. – Once the spice is roasted, add cucumber to it and mix it well.
  • Now cover this vegetable and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Finally, add half a teaspoon of dry mango powder and mix well. – When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the gas. Your very tasty and healthy Kankoda vegetable is ready.
